Considered to be one of the most rejuvenating massage therapies in the world; Abhyanga involves the application of warm, herb-infused, dosha-specific oil over the full body using long rhythmic motion to increase the flow of energy (prana). As the warm oil penetrates the skin and tissues, it releases toxins held at a cellular level and encourages quicker removal of metabolic waste. It naturally relives joint and muscle stiffness, increases blood circulation, boosts immune system function, and creates deep relaxation in the mind and body.
