Service Description

Reflexology is based on a system of zones and reflexes that map the whole body on the feet. A reflexology treatment involves applying light pressure with the fingers and thumbs to the reflex points that correspond to organs, glands and muscles in the body. This in turn creates a feeling of relaxation and helps to restore the body to a natural state of balance and well-being.
